Cancellation Policy
• Life happens and Havens Haus understands
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment
• We do require a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice- this gives us time to fill that open spot
• Same day cancellations will forfeit their deposit
• No Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance owed
